I know what it’s like to experience loss and pain. During one of the darkest seasons of my life, I discovered the profound power of being truly seen and cared for in my own therapy. This experience helped me understand the meaning of being a "wounded healer". It can be deeply restorative being in the presence of another who can empathize and walk with you through life's deepest struggles.
I see therapy as a space where I have the privilege of encountering the deepest parts of you—to really see you. It’s a powerful and sacred experience when your soul is met with empathy and understanding. When we feel safe enough to set aside our fears of judgment and the walls we've built to protect ourselves, something unlocks within us. We discover the freedom to be fully known.
I wish you courage on your journey toward healing.

My Commitment
I am deeply committed to my own growth and healing, both personally and professionally. I prioritize personal therapy, consultation, ongoing training and education to continue expanding my understanding and skill. I do this work because I have experienced firsthand the transformation that comes from having someone walk alongside me—helping me uncover unconscious beliefs about myself and others.
I understand what it feels like to be on the other side of therapy. I know it can feel uncertain, even intimidating, yet I also know the profound healing and lasting change it can bring. My commitment is to bring that same presence, care, and guidance to you as you navigate your own journey.
My Approach
I approach your story with curiosity and gentleness, knowing that I have not lived the life you've lived. I utilize my attunement, intuition, empathy, and my responses to your story to guide you toward seeing yourself and your experiences with greater compassion and understanding.
How you show up in therapy often mirrors how you show up in the world. Together, we can explore the beliefs and patterns shaped by your past experiences. As awareness grows, the parts of yourself that have been hidden can begin to emerge, allowing you to show up more fully and authentically in your life and relationships.
